Shipping and Handling
Standard delivery is offered for all online orders. AJS Extermination offers quick delivery at a fixed price of $14.95, no matter the quantity of product ordered. Shipping costs are subject to change and are taxable. All details are shown on screen when the order is placed.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Some shipping companies have restrictions and AJS Extermination will determine which shipping company is best suited according to the products ordered. AJS will ship the ordered merchandise within 72 business hours after your order has been placed.
Delivery is currently available only within the province of Québec.

Returns and exchanges
It is possible to return merchandise within 15 days after the date of purchase. The merchandise must be returned in new condition: unused, undamaged, clean, without odour or animal hair, and must still bear the original labels and packing. Ordered products may be returned using one of the following two methods:
- Using the shipping company of your choice: Carefully pack the merchandise in a strong box suited for shipping. You are responsible for the shipment of the merchandise to our store. We will deduct $14.95 from the amount reimbursed in order to cover the cost of the initial shipment of the merchandise. A copy of the original invoice must be sent with your returned merchandise in order for a reimbursement to be issued.
- Return the merchandise in-store: The merchandise can be returned easily at our store in Greenfield Park during regular business hours. AJS Extermination will issue a full refund for the cost of the merchandise less the cost of the initial shipment (non-refundable).
Limitations
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place using our website. We may, at our entire discretion, limit or cancel the quantity of merchandise purchased per person, per home or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders whose billing and/or shipping address are identical.
Stock
The availability of products offered on our website may change without prior notice. It is possible a product may not be in stock when you place your order.
On occasion, we may be forced to cancel an order placed on our website if, for example, the ordered merchandise cannot be shipped because of unforeseen circumstances or because of insufficient stock in our store. In such a situation, our team will contact you to offer you a similar product or to proceed to a full refund of the order.
